Huge incapacitant eye pressure and pain - no sinusitis

Hi.

I´m a 23 years old male, living in a mediterranean country (Portugal) with a climate similar to that of the state of california. My symptoms: eye and forehad pressure; sometimes, clogged nosed, without liquids running out, especially after waking up; fatigue, despite sleeping more hours than usual; huge difficulty reading (focusing) from computer screen in association with a "heavy head" and a pressure on the forehead; sometimes, some pressure on the ears; dry eyes, sometimes sticky eyes; small "grains" on the eyes; high sensitivity to the sunlight. Frequently, the eye and forehead pressure are already there when i wake up. Those symptoms seem to get really worst in the hot days. It is very frequent to feel bad of my stomach, but i don´t know if that is related. I also have some obsessive-compulsive and anxiety problems.

I´ve no sinusitis (x-ray and CT scan) and the CT scan doesn´t reveal anything anomalous on the brain. I went to an optometrist, and he told me i had a bit of hypermetropy,  a bit of astigmatism and hight sensitivity to the light; i spent 400€ on glasses, but they dont´t help in anything; probably, the evaluation results would be different if i wasn´t feeling the symptoms described above; i´m almost sure that the eye problems are the result and not the cause.

I went to an allergologist and made some tests (on the skin of the arm) - i´ve an allergy to cockroaches. i`m taking eyedrops 2 times a day, one pill a day (i don´t remeber the name) and using a spray on the nose.  Well, i think it is helping a little bit.

I don´t know what to do next. What kind of doctor should i see, or what kind of exams should i make. I´m really concerned because i´m heading towards a demading master program, involving polar field work and lots of hours in front of the computer.

... i´´ve forgotten: air conditioning and smoke are bad for my eyes; sometimes i barely can stay in a closed room where people are smoking

adding: usually, i´ve on eye (right) more closed than the other, a feature wich gets worst by the end of the day, with the fatigue increase.
