I don't know what I'm allergic to?

I had anaphylatic shock but I don't know what I'm allergic to and it is really stressing me out ):
The first time something stranged happened was after a walk on the beach which was quite cold, when I got in the car and drove home my nose totally blocked up which I thought was strange.
The second time was after a 10k run I started sneezing and the glands on the right side of my neck swelled right up & so did where I have an absess (abscess) in my mouth & my throat swelled up.
The 3rd time was only a slight reaction after doing a 10k run, I couldn't stop sneezing all the way home in the car, but that was it.
Then the 4th time I hadn't been running, I was feeling a bit hungover and tired and was just sitting on the sofa at home, when all of a sudden I didn't feel at all right, realised my glands again on the right of my neck had swollen up and then my throat started to swell & my lips etc. and I ended up going to hospital. That was Easter weekend..
Since then I have become panicky about whether or not its going to happen again which is a horrible feeling.
For the last 2 years I have used Sudofed Nasal Spray on and off, so didn't know if that could have anything to do with it.
I was hoping that someone out there might be able to give me some advice on this.  My Doctor has referred me to the hospital to see the allergy specialist but that was 6 weeks ago & they still have not sorted out my appointment and I'm becoming really anxious about it.

I think you need to call and find out what is happening with your appointment as you really need a specialist to help answer that for you.
It does not seem to be a good experience and I am sorry you're going through it but I think your best bet would be finding out about what is happening with your appointment and if need be re arranging it
