I have 'prickly sensations' down my legs!!!

In 2016 I experienced the following symptoms:
-Itchy skin
- prickling skin (most
The 'prickling' sensation is located mainly on my legs, I suppose the closest thing I can associate symptom with is pins & needles.
Also, sometimes the prickling sensation occurs on the top of my back and sometimes arms.

In 2016 March I  went to the doctor and he recommended me to a skin dermatologist. I took to the dermatologist my blood test, which I 'was'  anemic he said the itchiness was because of my anemia.  Throughout the whole year I experienced the itchiness but more so the prickliness. In March 2017 I had another blood test for anemia and the blood test showed I am not anemic. A year later, April 2017, I am still experiencing  the prickle sensations down my body. I went back to the doctors and he still doesn't have answers.  I keep everything documented but my diet, skin care etc. hasn't changed. I don't drink nor smoke.
What do I do?  or What further testings will I need?
