I'm smelling gas/fumes for last few days. PLEASE HELP

For last 2 days, I've been smelling fumes/gas accompanied by a headache (maybe coincidental however I don't get headaches very often, maybe twice a year). At first I thought that my house can have a gas leak so I asked my husband to see if he can smell it, but he said he can't smell anything. I've also noticed that I can only smell it when I settle in, like sitting on the couch or laying down in bed, not when I'm walking around or there's any other strong smells present (air freshener , cooking, ect.) I'm starting to think I'm going crazy. Does anyone know what can be causing this? I also don't have any respiratory issues, allergies, sinus infections, ect. I have recently quit smoking cigarettes (month ago) with Chantix which I'm still taking. Overall, I'm a healthy 33 year old woman. It's making me feel like I'm losing my mind. HELP!"

This could either be phantom smells ( which many of us suffer from) or it could be a sinus infection, or from migraines.

There are many types of migraines, so please read up on them. I suffer from ocular migraines, but sometimes I smell things too, just before they hit.
