Infection

In July I recieved a sevre burn on my leg near the medial popliteal area. A few days later I began to get infected spot near the burn, about a week later I started to get the same spots in my groin area. I also started to get other symptoms such as, nausea, light headed, and fever. My doctor prescribed me doxycycline and cefadroxil and the spots cleared up. A few days ago I started to get nauseated and uncomfortable, now I have the same type of infected spot in my axillary area. I was wondering if these spots could be connected to the first ones and if so what could be  and how concerned I should be.
