Itchy Arms and hands...

Oh My Gosh, I cant stand another day-I moved to Florida this past July and ever since my arms have been itching uncontrollably.  It started on my right arm top shoulder area then gradually has moved down the front side of my arm to the top side of my hand and now has also started to affect my left arm and hand as well.  It is this tingly sensation under the skin and it itches so intensely and when I scratch it it seems to get worse and then stings and tingles and I just have to hold the area with pressure to it to calm the tingle down, to only start the itching all over again.  It is waking me at night and making me extremely miserable all day long.  Benedryl cream helps temporarily as well as Aveno Anti Itch cream.  I have now started to exfoliate my arms with a Sea Salt wash every day in the shower and have to say it is helping, but not completely.  I REALLY BEG for HELP!!!!  I am soooooo miserable and short tempered with everyone because I am so preoccupied with the annoying Itch!!!!  If anyone has an answer or cure Please oh Please let us know~
