How are you? Is the lumpLumps in the breasts soft or hard? Is it painful when you straighten or bend your finger? This could be a Ganglion cyst. Usually this presents as: a soft immovable bump that changes size. The swelling may appear over time or appear suddenly and cause some degree of pain, usually following acute or repetitive trauma. The pain is usually nonstop, aching, and made worse by joint motion. Many cysts can disappear without any treatment at all. Though, aspiration or surgical removal are usually done.
If this persists, refrain from manipulating it to prevent infection. It would be good to see your doctor for proper evaluation and management.
