Latex Allergy?!?!

by MysteriousWolf, Nov 03, 2009 06:04PM
This question is a little embarrassing to ask but when using normal condoms i seem to go tight and itch for days after and get lower stomach cramps for about 5 days. does this mean i could be allergic to latex what should i expect for the allergy test for it to confirm it?

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Yes, it is possible for it to be latex allergy. This can cause itch, tightness, redness and pain. However you can try and see which company’s condoms suit you best. Not all condoms will cause allergy. An allergy text can detect the cause for allergy and can also detect latex allergy.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
