I have been feeling light headed for a few days now and have no clue what can be causing it. I went online and searched a bit, some telling me I might have a sinus build up or needing glasses. But I really just want it to go away. I even tried to play a video game before and I couldnt focus on anything that was happening. I went to work yesterday and everything just seemed to not really happen, which a really weird feeling. I'm sorry if this does not make to much sense, I'm just not feeling to good.
Have you been diagnosed with allergies?
Those are the symptoms that initially prompted me to go get checked out 10 years ago. I was diagnosed with allergies to tree molds and house dust. I was feeling light-headed, very fatigued, and had a slight cramping in my upper abdomen. Didn't have too much of the classic allergy symptoms of itchy eyes, sneezing, etc. Even taking Allegra as I have been for the last 10 years I still sometimes get a weird light-headedness, tired feeling in my head which borders on dizziness.
Hope that helps...
