What you describe seems like sweat dermatitis or heat rash.
You sould try to avoid vigorous exercises that cause sweating or do all your gym training in an air conditioned environment.
You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat. Wear lose comfortable clothes.
Continue with the anti-histamine medications and apply calamine lotion at the sites of the itching.
If the symptoms are still persistent, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.
