Minor Headache,RunnyNose,verywatery eyes,dizzy,feel cold all the time

is this what allergy is. i tried getting some headache medicine for my headache and it didn't work, i tried some halls only helps my throat that always feels dry... I feel kinda weakish.. lack of concentration..... when i fall asleep  all the symptoms are gone but when i wake back up they start back up again and they get worse if i dont go back to sleep in a while. so what is this im kinda thinking it cold be a cold virus that have not been founded yet since there are over 200 strands any tip i can try... I have tried drinking hot water,eating oranges,staying in bed generally helps but i cant stay up for more then 8 minute or the symptoms comes back up again.i tried keeping me warm but then it gets too hot and i fell over heated, taking a hot shower helps but when i step out after 4 minutes i still get my symptoms. My brothers and sister had allergy so i thought maybe i could of had allergy too but they stop sneezing and coughing I'm still coughing and sneezing really bad.. So if there is any tips i would appreciate it..
