Mouth/palette/throat/chest burning

7/06 started having this burning in my mouth, tongue, roof of my mouth, down my throat and into the sternum area, sometimes spreading out into my chest and into the back. Have whitish coating on tongue and tip of tongue gets red. I do not have a dry mouth. This may sound weird, but sometimes I think my saliva burns. Affects the oral mucous membrance, even the inside of lips. Have taken two courses of antibiotics prior to 7/06 for various infections and a couple weeks ago finished the regimen for for H. Pyloria after recent diagnosis of ulcer, which is under treatment. Hx. of undifferentiated autoimmune disease. Two week course of oral nystatin just completed helped some but sx's returned just as bad. Also, 2/06 had instrumentation with titanium screws and rod in back. Maybe far fetched, but concerned about allergy to titanium. Any help or advice much apprecaited. Thank you.

I have exactly the same symptoms I'm on my fifth coarse of antifungal meds I have no Idea how to deal with this. any help would be a God send
