I had swelling in the left cheek a few years ago, and again just last year. The first time it was stones or a blockage in the gland that's inside your cheek (you can feel it with your tongue, it's kind of a flap in the middle inside of the cheek). Antibiotics usually clear that up. The second time it was a slightly infected scratch on the inside of my cheek, and it cleared up on its own. Sinus infections can also cause swelling, and I have read allergies can as well.
