Just got the blood tests back. I am highly allergic to Wheat, CornCorns and calluses, Soy, peanuts, and walnuts. Is there anything I can eat? I love cereal but everything contans wheat gluten , cornCorns and calluses syrup or soy lecithinLecithin Lecithin-softgels. I am exremely depresed over this. I am having difficulty finding recipies that accomodate all three allergies. Can you reccommend any web sites or any suggestions or should I just shoot myself now.
It would also help to consult an allergy specialist about your symptoms, and discuss whether an allergy testing should be done in your case.
You should consult a nutrition specialist or dietecian to chart out a diet plan for you that avoids these substances. Also, talk to the doctor about prescribing an epi-pen that you can carry with you and use in case of an emergency.

Put away the gun - it's not as hard as it seems. I too am allergic to mutliple foods, compatatively your list is short. Try Glutenfreemall.com and celiac.com. Gluten is the probable culprit in the wheat that is setting you off. Use Glutenfree to google and you'll find multiple site with recipes and ingredients you can order on line. Kroger supermarket here has a small but adequate gluten free section, shelf and freezer.
Autisim is also linked to Gluten allergy, so these sites will help with your education too. Gluten in the form of wheat is hidden in a LOT of places. Spices add non-clumping agents - wheat flour. Life Savers and like candy are coated with flour to stop them from stiking together. If your allergy is sever do a lot of surfing. It's not hard and I learn something valueable every time I look. I've only been at this since January and it get easier every day. Good Luck
I would consider trying some homeopathic remedies to as a means to desensitize you to those particular allergens. I know my husband had an allergy to dairy products and he would get these welts on his skin after drinking milk. I purchased one cheap bottle of a homeopathic remedy for dairy allergies.... weeks later, his problem disappeared completely.
A corn allergy is the worst as I am finding out myself! It is in everything in some form or another!!!!!!!! Do some research on corn derivatives so you are aware what to look for however no list promises to be complete.. Eliminate all allergens until symptoms are near zero.. and then try a food with one derivative at a time (with someone on standby and an epipen) Corn allergies differ between people, some can't even use the so called safe xanthum gum or products containing traces of corn oil, while others only cannot eat raw corn. It varies dramatically and the class of allergy does not seem to give a correct indication. People with low classes may react to even toilet paper or the slightest trace of a corn derivative while a higher class may only be severly allergic to the corn itself and its obvious forms. My daughter is allergic to Soybean (all products derivatives), Corn (an all derivitives exept corn oil), PEANUT, wheat, tomato, egg, kiwifruit, mushroom, DUSTMITE, cat ,dog, bird and etc ( blood tested with the ones in capital type off the chart yet corn appears to be the main culprit because it is so hard to avoid))
Allergies can be of varying severity and intensity and can increase or decrease with time and also come and go.
But still, it would be best to avoid the substances which you have known allergies to. You should also keep antihistamine and antiallergic medications at hand , in case of a sudden allergic reaction.
