Muscle pain in legs and arms Afrin cause?

I have experienced Lyme disease symptoms such as muscle pain in between joints, TMJ, legs feet hands and wondering if anyone else has had this experience.  Got blood tests and all OK.  Wondering if Daily use of Afrin severe congestion is the cause???
