My Family Doctor Switched me from Allegra 60mg changed to Allegra 180mg

Dear Sirs,
10/26/06 I went to my doctor with complaint of allergies still bothering me. 10/27/06 I took 120mg to gradually increase the dose, and use up the rest of the 60mg tablets. 10/28/06 I began taking the 180mg he recommended. 10/28/06 I had a terrible, internal stinging sensation in the right part of my brain, that lasted around 5 or more minutes. I noticed my left toes were tensing up and curling under. It shifted to my left quadrant of my brain. I took some Bayer asprin and went to bed at about 9:00pm. I, then, woke up this morning at about 2:00am, after the time had changed. (I started my cycle yesterday) Once in a while, I hear a throbbing of my blood, in my right ear.
I am sneezing and sniffling just as much if not more, today. Mom and Dad think it is because of my CPAP. I don't know if I've given the medicine enough time.
In your opinion--What do you think I should do?--Who do you think I should contact?, and--What do you think is wrong with me?
