Nasal Congestion

I have been suffering from cold for four weeks. Meanwhile I hv taken two courses of antibitics with a gap of 10/12 days. Tough I dont cough anymore, but I have continuous nasal congestion with a lot of dyellow coloured ischarges through my nostrils...I have taken menthol vapour at times and sprayed decongestant liquid in my nostrils... If any specialized friend can suggest a better and quick remedy ???

You should take oral antihistamine medications for 8-10 days along with steam inhalation and saline nasal drops.

It would be best to reconsult with your doctor if the symptoms still persist to rule out sinusitis.

Do not blow your nose too vigorously and talk to your doctor about steroid nasal sprays.
