Natural Therapies?

which seems like a great resource.  I've tried QBC (quercitin, bromelein, Vitamin C) mixes and had some luck with those, but only if I remember to take them all the time.

I've also tried quercitin and have had some success, but have had much success with homeopathy. I even wiped out a couple of my allergies, using homeopathic remedies alone ! The key is finding out what you are allergic to and then getting the right remedy and not just guessing.
