Non surgical inch and cellulite solutions

Im 21 years old...and have been looking into undergoing a procedure for quite some time now.
i have done extensive research on the internet for quite some time. But find myself being overwhelmed
with all the options available.
i would like to know which procedure is the most effective and fewest side effects.
areas interested in treating inner and outer thighs and possibly calves.
i have looked into:
Mesotherapy
velasmooth
lipodisolve/ lipo lite
ultrashape.
again i am so over whelmed and dont really know what would be the best option i am leaning toward the ulrashape or lipolite because apparently it does not involve injections nor down time.
any advise or feedback from doctor or those who have undergone any of these procedures would be greatly appreciated.

What is your weight and height? Have you consulted your doctor about this?

It would be too early to opt for surgery at this age for any of the procedures you mention. It would be best to consult your doctor and ask him/her for referral to a nutritionist or diet specialist and physical trainer.

Regular exercise and a controlled diet would help with your prolem without the unwanted side-effects of surgery.
