Pimple-like Allergy on my scalp

Hi my name is SERG, 27 y/o and i have something on my scalp.... they are like pimples and they are like scattered all over my scalp... if you will try to feel it and look... it really looks like a pimple... not on the face by on my scalp... they are not itchy ...but  most of the time it has pus too..... and really gets inflammed...
im experiencing this for like 7 months already.... but before my scalp is clear and free from this.....

i dont know if im allergic to something.... but as far as i know i dont have any allergic reaction to anything...
but i self imposed that i will not eat sea foods, eggs & chicken bec these foods might trigger my scalp condition....

But Doc is it possible that as you grow older you will still have allergies? or even if you dont have since birth... you still can get one as we grow older ????
and also
What do you think is the best thing to do aside from going to Dermatologist....
because i dont think its bec of my shampoo... bec ive been using same shampoo for 3 years already and i believe its mild...

OR Do i consider this an allergy ????

Please Help....
God bless
& More power to you....

Yeah I exp the same thing. My scalp gets inflamed and then I know a pimple is coming up. It has no pus though just like a normal pimple. It make me feel dizzy sometimes. I had this for teh better part of a year and it still won't go away. My doc told me it was stress related. I can't even use any shampoos, I only use Johnson's baby shampoo and rooibos tea - yeah the actual tea that I can tolerate. Can't even use my hair dye - so I have plenty of grey. This is taking ever so long to get better - i sometimes wonder if it ever will - never had anything like this b4 either. My doc also said I have a severe iron deficiency that will take months to go away and it causes allergies too.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
This could be a case of seborrheic dermatitis. This is at times caused by a fungus called malassezia. There is no cure as such, but it can be controlled by medicated shampoos and lotions. A tissue biopsy of the scab and underlying tissue may be required to reach a diagnosis.
It could also be a case of furunculosis or infection of hair follicles. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. You would need to consult a skin specialist.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
