Plastic allergy

Hi,
Me and my girlfriend work in a plastics factory and are in contact with many different raw materials, while it rarely affects me, my girlfriend comes out in a rash when she is on jobs with any glass filled or abs based materials, while she doesn't have contact with the raw material herself, we use vacum based loaders which can disperse some dust, she has very sensitive skin and can come out with an allergy with some creams. These rashes can last a couple of days to a week and sometime are very itchy. My questions are:-
1) Is there a barrier cream she can use for this
2) What creams would you recomend to help reduce these rashes?

Welcome.  I'm not a doctor, but my daughter has a severe latex allergy.  Do any of the plastics contain ANY latex?
