Please help. Gluten + Lactose + Soy + Rice allergy...

Hi,

Please help if you can. I don't know what to do and, to be honest, I'm feeling completely lost and without hope. I have been intolerent to gluten and lactose for many years now, unable to eat them without the crippling stomach pain that comes with those problems. Recently, due to stomach cramps and - to euphemise - 'digestive problems', I have been screened for other allergies. Below is my current list... the recent addition of soy and rice has wrecked my ability to eat.

I don't know what to do. Please help - if you know of any enzymes or ANYTHING that will help, please, please post. I am a very active person and I'm so hungry it's painful (though not as painful as the alternative.) I can't get enough calories into myself and I can't stand the idea that I will never be able to eat out ever again.

My core list...
- Gluten
- Lactose
- Soy
- Rice
- Beef

My associated others (in case this affects any suggested remedies)
- Asthma
- Hayfever/Fungus/Pollen/fur/feathers (the usual stuff - none of it's important unless you know an inhaled remedy)
- The usual fruit suspects - kiwi, grapes, walnuts. (I'm fine with peanuts)
- Cumin, corriander and random spices (but I'm fine with other herbs)

Thank you for any help you can give. I know these are just digestive problems, please understand that I realise it's not that big a deal compared to many of the other problems out these - but it's really got me down and I'm worried I'm going to end up just giving myself malnutrition worse than before.

Thank you in advance.

Hey urbanvix.
Welcome to the forum. You've made the first step  towards your wellness!

It seems that you have some imbalances that need to be corrected.
Your immune system is over- reacting to a lot of "normal" foods, considering them offensive.
To restore the integrity of your immune system, it will take some fine detailed work and  determination. But it is very do-able.
If you're interested in some  fundamental holistic recommendations,
please post at the alternative therapies or message me directly, with more details and a summary of your health history, including significant events
and traumas (physical and emotional) in your past. Please list your favorite foods and drinks as well.
Life should be more enjoyable, so hang in there, it will get better.
A lot of small changes will make a big difference in your health.
Blessings
Nikodicreta

Hi, welcome to the forum,  your symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia or peptic ulcer disease. You also have food intolerance. I suggest you to stop taking spicy food, tea, coffee, alcohol (if present) which will exaggerate the condition.

Proton pump inhibitors helps to relieve symptoms. The food you are intolerant to like gluten containing diet, lactose etc. should be avoided. Always look for the contents of packed foods. I would suggest you to consult physician for further evaluation. Take care and regards.
