Please help!

My boyfriend, who was 26 yrs old, died very suddenly. He had just came home from the Military in May.  We were watching TV and he started shaking uncontrollably. It lasted for a very short time, then he started making a moaning noise, as though he was gasping for air. By the time the paramedics got there he was gone. They tried to revive him but unfortunately could not. They said he went into cardiac arrest. At first I thought it was some sort of seizure, but after doing some research I'm not sure anymore. He had been complaining of a stomach ache and being a little nauseous but nothing alarming. The only thing I have been able to find out is that he was allergic to Sulfa. He was not a drug user, but would drink alcohol often. I know an autopsy is being performed but I'm hoping to maybe get some advice before then. My world has been turned upside down and I want answers.

Lonestar,

I understand how you feel. My fiancee was 28 when he died of heart failure from a heart attack that he didn't even know he had. He suffered for 3 days with vomiting, extreme fatigue, pale clamy skin, and eventually, when he was in the ambulance, had a seizure from lack of oxygen to his brain. His lungs shut down, and in under 4 days he was gone. This heart attack was bizzare. He complained only that he had heartburn. The heart attack just decreased the blood flow to vital areas and his systems were shutting down one by one. It was only in intensive care when they told me what happened. I think there are many different kinds of heart attacks, it is possible your boyfriend still had one.
