Possible Sinus Build-Up in Nose

Within the last 48 hours a noticeable bubble has appeared between my left eye and the bridge of my nose. It is very swollen, though has gone down considerably since I woke up the first morning it appeared. At first I thought it was a bug bite, but I think it is related to my sinuses and allergies as I have been cleaning out my room (hardcore clean) and have been sneezing and coughing a lot thanks to dust, etc. A pimple kindly formed on top of the swollen area. I've been massaging it and pushing on it and it seems to be going down. I'm concerned that it might be something worse, though. Problem is, I don't have insurance so I want to try anything I can before really having to go see a doctor.
