Pressure feeling in the top of my head

Hi i have been having this feeling in the head that its about to explode and that it is spreading to other parts of my head. When i take a warm shower, It relieves the pressure. It is barely noticeable when i take a shower. The more i think about it the more it gets worse. When i am completely doing something else, i forget the feeling that i have this pressure feeling in the head. When i start thinking about it thats when it kinda gets worse. I try to keep my head happy, i keep thinking it may be something really bad. Sometimes i get dull pain in the side of my eye and sometimes in my forehead. Then in the back of my head it seems like it going to explode. I have no idea what to do, does it have to do with sinus congestion in the head or is it something bad? Please help me, i have a lot of anxiety over this issue. Sometimes when i am at rest, i feel slight pressure around my nosebridge. another thing is that sometimes i feel like my head is moving back, left, or right on its own. So please anyone help me over this issue. I am always scared to go to the doctors.

hi i read all of that, and i also get headaches, and eye aches and forehead aches and pressure often, but the only solution i know is to sleep, so i ure getting enough sleep, i don't know, the best thing is to make as many appointments with the doctor as you need, even though it is a hassle, and pray
