Recurring swelling bumps

Hi everyone,
Ok this started like a 7 weeks ago. One bump appears, I scratch it, it swells up really big. With a warm feeling and little burning from Continuous scratching with a chronic itch,. The swelling last about four or five days. These bumps are appearing once or twice at a time. & sometimes there are like 8 bumps all in that one large swelling. Anyways once the swelling is gone. That bump will flatten then turn black (leaving a ugly black scar). But the itch will still be there and lasted for about week ugh. I have like 12 of those ridiculous flat black itches bump on my whole left arm. I have like six on my upper right arm. 8 on my left bottom butt cheek. And 5 on right shoulder. & 2 large black marks from those bumps on my forehead.
I'm allergic to aspirin and ibuprofen. I also get heat hives too. My doctor has order me to do a routine lab test, He also order the ige blood test. My doctor had written prescription certizine 10 mg. I hope this work. My lab results will be back on 2/21/17. But I need help And answer please!!!
