Red Bumps...Staph or Allergic reaction?

I was gardening last week and when I got inside, I noticed 2 or 3 itchy red bumps.....I took benadryl and put rubbing alcohol on them figuring if it was a bug bite, it would go away. As the days progressed, The bumps spread from my shoulder to my chest and now on my back. They are very swollen and sensitive...the skin around them is sensitive and it is hurting the muscles in my neck and shoulder. There are some big black spiders that like to reside in my Morning Glory plant. I didnt feel a bite, or see a spider on me. Could this be staph, or an allergic reaction. I am also feeling hot/feverish and dizzy
