Regarding Sinuses

I have an odd sinus issue.  I started getting sinuses infections about 2 years ago.  The strange thing is I never know I even have a problem until there is an infection.  I have no stuffy nose or facial pain.  The problem is my sinuses seem to not drain but stay clogged in my face and head and I believe my cavities may be blocked.  I get sores in my face along the jawbone, by the ear and on each side of my temple.  Our my sinuses coming out of my face??  Is this possible??  Right now I have many sores and they stay forever - sometimes draining fluid then drying up then get oozy again but never go away - sometimes they swell up.  I went to a doctor not long ago because I was feeling nautious and he said I had a sinus infection and I showed him the sore on my temple that had been there for 2 years.  He said I needed to see a dermatologist.  I have an appt with a dermatologist but I feel like these sores are related to my sinus issues.  If anyone has experienced this or can shed some light I would appreciate it.

You should get a CT scan of the sinuses done and rule out sinusitis.

It would be best to get an ENT evaluation, and to get a confirmed diagnosis.

Only after a confirmed diagnosis can the management plan be decided.

Till then you can try steam inhalation, saline nasal drops, some antihistaminic medications or anti allergic medications and see if that helps.

You also need to talk to your doctor about antibiotics.
