Scratcy throat and swallowing issues

Whenever I eat I feel like my food goes down very slow. I feel my throat burn whenever I eat something salty or oily. I have a sever nasal congestion. Not runny nore, but just blocked. Sometimes I feel I have postnasal drip. I had a barium swallow test just to see if everything was fine. And it seems so. Now my swallowing problems are ups and downs, I think that also my mind is playing with me.
Do you think could be an allergy that can affect my throat? My nasal congestion is nothing I ever experienced before. it's not like the usual cold, I feel something in the back like postnasal drip and I need to clear my throat very often. i feel I am going crazy.
