Should I call my doctor for high absolute eosinophil count?

Should I call my doctor for high absolute eosinophil count?

I don't know where exactly to post this but considering what the doctor wrote it fits here I guess. I just got my daughter's lab results in the mail for just normal blood work. Her Absolute Eosinophil count was high and the doctor circled it and wrote allergies next to it. The office is closed now but is this something I should call about so we can determine if she has asthma or something. I was just looking up what it was and it seemed like they can't really know if its allergies or some kind of infection just from those numbers.

Eosinophil count is generally raised in case of allergies or  in parasitic infections.

I have had my numbers going up for over a year now. The first set was 7/29/10 and it was 482, next was 1/26/11 and it was 554, next 4/27/11 and it was 667, next and most recent was 9/28/11 and it was 688. I am on meds for anxiety as well as iron pills for my iron being at only a 53. That is after being on iron for a little over three months cause it started at a 30. What do you think would be causing this.
