Sinus and ear pressure-lightheadedness

by Charlucia, Oct 29, 2006 12:00AM
Treatment or relief? I can't take decongestants. Should I see an allergist-ENT doctor? Could the severity of my problem be yeast related?

Several of us have been talking in another forum on sinus problems - you should read them.  It seems we are all having similar symptoms...been to ENT, taking the same meds with no relief, or short-lived relief and back it comes.

I don't know about yeast, but if you've gone to a GP and haven't had any relief I'd try an ENT.  I had the exact symptoms you had, and a round and a half of antibiotics gave me relief for about 4-5 weeks, but the symptoms are back.  I'm considering an ENT because my GP basically told me that he thought I was just "worrying" and not actually sick.

You can also search this page for other discussions on a similar vein.  I usually do a page search for "dizzy" or "lightheaded" and scroll through all the topics.
