Sinus pain

I have recurring sinus problems due, I believe, to allergies.  I live in Canada and am on a long list for allergy testing.  I have waited 3 months to also see an ENT specialist and have an apointment now for April 7.  In the meantime, I am experiencing pain in the right side of my head which goes down to my ear and gives me pain in my eye.  I did 3 months ago have a c-scan which showed a sinus infection but more prevelant on the left side.  Three rounds of antibiotics did nothing.  I am concerned about any damage that could be caused by this head pain.  Is there any complications or advise anyone could give me?  Do you think it is most likely still sinus related?  Has anyone else had this?  Thank-you!
