Skin Allergy?

Right i've been getting really bad dry skin between my fingers, all i've been using is hand cream (which i have been using for a long time now) but i recently used new soap and i have also noticed 2 red bits on my finger also a dark mole looking thing which i've never noticed until now. I'm not worried its just really irritating and uncomfortable i've been using sudacreme to try and soothe it which it has been doing.

If you require any info on the products i have been using i still have the containers.
Also if its any help i have sensitive skin, which i do suffer from dry skin quite often but not on this scale.

The only solution to dry skin is drink plenty of fluids, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, use a good moisturizer that suits your skin and eat vitamin rich food. Since you have a sensitive skin and have used a new soap, it appears that you are allergic to some ingredient of the soap. Only an allergy panel test can be done to diagnose what substance is causing allergy. It is good that you have kept all the containers so you can show those ingredients to a skin specialist.
You can try and use a soap free hand and face wash. Hypothyroidism too causes dry skin. Please get your thyroid function checked. It could also be due to overuse of AC and heaters. Some fresh air every day with lots of fluids should help.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage, without examining the skin. Do consult a skin specialist.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
