Skin Rash

Several hours after cleaning my child's aquatic turtle's tank, which was not cleaned for over a month and was extremely dirty, I noticed a rash on my abdomen, chest area. this was on April the 2nd and now I have it on my arms, legs, and back. It is not on my face or hands and I havent noticed it on my feet neither. Depending on the light settings you can see it or not. It is very visible under warm color incandescent light and not so visible under fluorescent light. It is composed of mild bumps no pus or secretions on the abdomen area combined with mild pink spots with no peeling. If I am wearing clothing i can fell a very mild discomfort sort of when you wear a new T-shirt without washing it. the rest of the body only has the pink spots. Another thing I did which irritated it a bit more was to put on some shower to shower powder after showering and before going to work. I am not in hot evironments most of the time as a matter of fact average temperature around me is 73 to 74 dgrees F. I do not recall having any sort of fever or flu like symptoms, but a week later I had a very sore throat, like if i was comming down with something. Could it be possible that the turtles or their habitat caused this? One of the turtles I am treating for a serious fungal or bacterial infection which is causing severe shell rot. Yes, turtles can spread many germs that could cause rashes,  you should go see a doctor , he should be able to prescribe a cream.
