Strange symptoms

Didn't really know which topic to post this under, but I'd be happy if someone could give me some ideas about my condition.

Ever since I started a new work (indoors, office work with computer) I've had problems with extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, congested nose, itchy eyes and red cheeks. The problems diminish in summertime, during which I spend at least four weeks away from work. During my time at this work (three years now) I have moved to a new apartment in a new city, so the only constant factor is my work as far as I can tell.

Of course there could be food allergies that I'm not aware of. I tested negative for celiac disease, but have a long history of severe pollen allergies. I've also been tested for diabetes, heart conditions, infections and all sorts of deficiencies. All these tests have come back negative.

As you can probably understand, this is really getting me down. My mood has been severly affected, and I'm eating Citalopram which helps a little bit with my mood, but I'm still extremely tired and exhausted. Even if I get 10 hours of sleep I'm still very tired and often wake up with a headache, feeling hungover even though I've not had a single drop of alcohol. I try to get some exercise by walking an hour everyday and working out at the gym 2-3 times a week. This has gotten much harder since I started to have the symptoms.

I'd be very thankful for any suggestions or comments.

I'd like to add that I'm taking antihistamines and I think they have some positive effects.

Another strange symptom is a weird sensation in my mouth. It's like a tingling at the inside of my lower front teeth, feels a bit like when you crave for sweets or something like that. It tends to make me salivate more, even though my mouth us usually dry and I feel thirsty most of the time.

Hi Matt,

I am a holistic allergist practicing with a technique called "Bio-Energetic Intolerance Elimination". If you google "The Institute of Natural Health Technologies" you can find a list of practitioners on that site.

To me your condition seems very common. I have a lot of clients who experience similar things...the difference is that you are aware that it is abnormal, and they just think it's something that they have to live with chronically.

There is a video on that website that will explain more in-depth how the process works, however there is hope for your situation and you should be able to go back to normal optimal health and functioning within a few sessions.

Hope that helps. You can always email me personally to ask more questions at: ***@****

Thank you for your input InnerSurface, but I think I'll stick to scientific medicine for now even though it's important to be open to new ideas.

Is there somebody else on this forum that has experienced similar symptoms?
