Supposed Urticaria but Contagious?

I have been itching with hives since October.  From my biopsy Im told that it is Urticaria.  The only problem is that now my son is getting them which made me think bed bugs. I can't find any traces of them though. Now, my best friend is getting them as well.  It can not be urticaria like the pathologist says if people who are close to me are starting to get the same hives.  I hate it and my friend hates it but we are adults and can manage but, I hate to see my poor little 7 year old itch like this. It is miserable.  Allegra helps as well as Hydroxyzine but of course nothing takes it away. A lot of people think cancer after a while of this, as I've read, but lucky me I already went through that too. I had a different itch for 6 months before I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. But like I said it was a completely different itch. The hives started about 2 weeks before my last chemo treatment and haven't stopped.  Im almost at my breaking point. Im tough but you can only take so much.  What else could this be if my son and friend are obviously getting it from me?
