Tired face muscles

I have noticed lately that after talking for just a few minutes my upper jaw bones/cheek bones tend to ache. This happens even when I tilt my head back to put on my mascara.  I do have mild allergies but they are not very bothersome, unlike this dull ache in my face.  It seems to be getting worse.  Any suggestions?

Hello,
These symptoms can be due to anemia, deficiency of minerals and thyroid disorders.Pls eat a healthy nutritious diet containing more of green leafy vegetables and take some iron supplements and multivitamins and multiminerals for some days.

If the symptoms persist then pls ger your thyroid function and the possibility of fibromyalgia evaluated from a physician.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
