Tropical fruit allergy?

For a couple of years I started having this reaction to mangoes, where my lips burn and start to get crusty, and it has developed to that, my mouth gets itchy and dry, and my throat becomes raw. My aunt who used to be a RN gave me something called aclivor (both a pill and some kind of paste for my lips) which seemed to work for the first event. But lately, I've been running out of the paste and the only place I can find aclivor is on online pharmacies from Mexico. I was just wondering if ere was a name for this and what keywords I should be searching for in American online pharmacies because I really can't afford a doctor's visit to see what I'm allergic to and I have an epipen from my shellfish allergy.

Sorry, I should have mentioned it's also been happening lately with pineapple. Even just the pineapple that goes on pizza
