Unberable Allergies

My health issues are linked to the flourishing and blooming periods of the year when the airborne allergens are most saturated. They are manifested through excessive phlegm which goes down as post nasal drip. This post nasal drip is causing a frequent cough and headache that feels like a load of pressure hitting the top of my head. The phlegm, when blown through the nose resembles a gelatin substance and after the substance is removed I feel relieved of my symptoms for some time. Along with my other symptoms I also experience difficult and heavy breathing. Extensive allergic tests have been conducted on me at various institutions all the results came back as negative besides ragweed +4 .0 (ambrosia). Currently I use shots of Betamethasone every two months. I am desperate and exhausted and I would like any advice of a new approach to heal such a condition since I cannot be dependent on Betamethasone for the rest of my life. Please help !

You are allergic to pollen grains. You can try using tablet cetrizine twice daily which should help.
