Vesticular Optic Reflex (VOR)

March 2011, I had a sinus infection.  Rounds of antibotics prescribed by MD.  Lightheaded, dizzy, balance off and nauseated.  Neurologist tests included: CT scan, heart, angiogram, etc. - all good.  Recommended ENT.  ENT testing for hearing and balance.  Diagnosed with VOR - vesticular Optic Reflex.  No surgery, no meds to cure.  He said that the virus caused permanent damage to my inner ear.  Recommended Physical Therapy.  PT worked with my balance and that's good now.  Eye jumping and feeling crossed or blurry - still happening.  Therapists gave eye exercises - moving a playing card back and forth, while concentrating on a center point (Ace Heart).  Rotating my head with my eyes open and then again with eyes closed.  Etc., etc.   It's been 2 weeks and I'm still having blurred vision and a feeling of lightheadedness.  Anyone had this issue?  If so, please tell me what worked for you.  Cannot drive, cannot golf, cannot do much - can type, that's something, I guess.  I do have Zophran for nausea.  HELP!  Your advise is valuable to me.  WHAT works???? Anxious for my life to return to normal.
