Weird Rash all over my body

I have these tiny little bumps that have been popping up on my body.  They are like little blisters, and itch like crazy.  When I scratch them they turn into little red spots.  I have them on my arms, hands, thighs, ribs, and on my back.  My fiance has them on his back.  I haven't changed anything like my detergent, sheets, or soap.

Have you had a change in medication?
My wife is allergic to almost all the antibiotics, and has had similar symptoms, when they try a new antibiotic, which is not penicillin or this or that, but it ends up being "related" to penicillin etc.
