What might be wrong?

by Kayla21, Jun 21, 2006 12:00AM
I was wondering if I have some sort of allergy? Once in a while out of the blue, I will get really light headed, my vision becomes a bit blurry, and I sometimes feel like I might faint. Someone else described this feeling like a brain fog, it's almost like a disconnection from reality. What do you think might be causing this? It does happen quite offten in stores?Could it be the lights? Although it happens other times as well.

Could be allergies but the fact that it happens predominantly in stores ... maybe an anxiety attack? Hope this helps.

How weird. That same thing happened to me in Dec of 05 . My doctor thought it could be benign horizontal vertigo. I don't think so. Since that episode I have felt that feeling you had. Sort of seperated from reality. Like having an alcoholic beverage, sort of a buzzed feeling. Not a good buzz either. I saw my doctor recently and he thought it would be best to put me on Paxil. Anybody think what I could have is allergies? My Blood pressure has been high since that episode in Dec of 05 . last visit it was156/86. anyone?
