Whole body rash after sweating

Whole body rash after sweating

I don't know why, but this happened to me during october 2009. At first, for about 2 weeks, i could feel my hands get sore with a slightly tingling sensation. This happens whenever i grabbed something tightly or lifted something heavy. I would feel abit itchy throughout my body after an intense workout, but this level of itchyness was hardly a concern and it was very easy to tolerate, but it slowly got worse. After lifting some weights one day, small lumps like mosquito bites formed in every part of my body where sweat was present, it is red and sore. Im still having this problem now. It is quite itchy but still tolerable. The 'Mosquito Bites' alway starts forming on my forehands and underarms. Then my leg, stomach and chest area as well. i went to see the doctor and he couldn't help me in any way, he just passed me off as sweat rash. He told me i could be having an allergy and gave me some itch medicine and cream. But i did not change my diet in anyway, nor did i take any medications. I do not have any allergy from birth.

And it just gets worse, whenever im outside, every time my body starts sweating even the slightest bit, the mosquito bites start to form. It does not seem like a red patch. You can clearly see there are many circular, oval shaped mosquito-bite like lumps that are no bigger than 1cm in diameter.

I have tried everything, i stayed home and completely avoided sweating for more than 3 weeks. Then i decided it was time to get off my lazy *** and take a jog. When i reached back home, i realised i wasn't cured. Outbreak of rash throughout my body.
I tried gonig to the swimming pool to see how the chlorine filled water will affect me. As soon as i took a dive into the pool the rash started forming again. (Assuming that travel from home to pool already caused me to sweat a little)
while i was rubbing my rashy forearm in the water i could feel my arm was slightly oily, i assume that it is my sweat. Am i right to say so?

The rash completely fades away in about 30 minutes, it doesnt appear on my face, neck, below waist area and buttocks. I just want to clarify that i do not have any excessive sweating problems(Hyperhidrosis). I figure that something in my sweat could cause my skin to rash. By the way, my hands still get sore when ever i grip on something tightly or lift anything heavy and now it easily wrinkles as well. when im in the shower for 10~15 minutes it wrinkles asthough ive been in the shower for about an hour.

I need help...i cant go to the doctors because i can't show them my rash as i have to be sweaty in order to do so. when im not sweating, im perfectly alright. Its been 5 months and there is no signs of recovery. this is affecting my life because im slightly hesitant to leave home unless i really have to. im not lazy nor am i overweight. i just dont like mosquito bites on my 8pacs haha. HELP!

I have same issue, I even get this if my body temp rises  if I am embaressed or under stress. It itches terribly. I can't even take hot showers any longer. It just started about a year ago when I was 47. I've never had a bad illness or rash or allergy before. I wanted to ask, did you have chicken pox bad as a child?
