Why not go to a doctor?

I have had red, itchy, blotchy, horrible skin patches under both eyes. I tried everything to no avail. hemmorroid creams, hydrocortisone, fungi creams, l-lysine tablets, etc.  You name it I tried it. I have had this skin eruption for several months and I have been searching this blog for any type of remedy.  Finally, i decided to go to my OLD, family doctor. I told him about this sight and how awful and desperate it made me feel. His swift,abrupt answer was ,"Well, then avoid the sight. Now let me see." I took off my dark sunglasses. He looked for 10 seconds and sat down and said he was calling in the perscription to Walmart and i should pick it up and I will be fine. I was astonished.  I was doubtful. He said again i would be fine. That was yesterday. I have applied the cream 4 times and I am almost cured. The cream is triamcinolone acetonide cream usp 0.1%
