Worried about my allergies.

I get allergies in my hands and food and I don.t know why because I am very clean always wash my hands and every thing. This happen some time but from some time is happening often.
What can I do or why is happening?

What do you mean you get allergies in your hands and food? Do your hands swell up when you eat certain foods?
