Worried about problems. Am I ok?

Hi this is my first time posting and Im in need of some urgent assistance. Before spending money on a doctor I would like to know someone else opinion. Right now my face, head and parts of my body are covered with itchy bumps. Some look like pimples, others look like busted blisters. I also feel a slight fever, drowsiness, light headed and have a head aches. I also want to mention that my right ear is somewhat swollen and in pain. Im baffles on how this is happening. A day before these symptoms I ate a shrimp omelet and then after I went to the pool. I was trying to get a tan and i was laying down in the sun for about an hour. Can the sun cause this type of effect? Im ruling out food poisoning because I never got an upset stomach. Any input is greatly appreciated.

hi i also have a retention cyst in my rt  sphenoid air cells ,2 years ago it was 2.5cm and now i did mri and it just came out large i dont know the size now there was also mucosal thickening in addition to cyst. I am just wondering if i should take this cyst out or leave it.I dont know if cyst can change to cancer.
