I may not be spelling it right but several years ago after 50 years of chronic sinus infections I began to have long attacks of losing my balance. Sometimes it was so bad, I could only lie on the floor. I did and do take all kinds of allergy medicine from the ENT, right now Allegra and Singular, however, the fastest relief from the diequilibrium is an over-the-counter medication you can get at most drugstores, Bonine. It contains a medication called Antivert; the doctor gave me prescriptions when I had the first attacks. It works within one to two doses. the dizziness is completely relieved and it appears NOT to cause any side effects. Since I take lots of medicaiton because of an autoimmune disease this has been a vast relief. Mycroft
