Worst sinus this year

Can someone help, i'v never had sinuses this bad. My head hurts, my eyes,my face and it feels like someone hit me in my nose. I feel terrible i guess i'm going to go back to the docter. I live in Califoria and the weather has been hot one day then cold, windy, and raining the next.Sinus meds normaly makes me feel worst, because of the side effects, like clarton, and allegarD. Do anyone know of something else i can try.Thank you.

Read the rest of the forums - evidently this year was the worst as we are all suffering...and we're not sure what's going on.  We have all been helping each other.  I can only tell you what helped me!  Or I think helped me, unless it just took time and finally got ok on its' own.  NasalCrom over the counter nasal spray.  Using Neil Med saline rinse twice a day, rinsing your sinuses out.  I also got prescription Singulair.  So if you're not going to the Dr. you'll have to try out different allergy meds over the counter.  Got an air cleaner for my bedroom, wash bed things in hot water every week, keep everything clean as possible, vacuuming, dusting.  I use a very hot water bottle on my face and back of my head, and take Advils for the pain.  
And suffer and hope it gets better.  I started in July and this past month have finally starting getting relief, although I do still have bad pain days in the face...but I've been through all the drs. and tests.  Hope this helps you.  But do read the other forums here.

Imnd, where can i get the neil saline rinse from? i to have bad face pain. It feels like i'm in a zone. When i lived in Vegas it was alot of pollen, and i would get dizzy at work and all i wanted to do was lie down and sleep. I'v been back in California now for almost five years and my allergeis feel worst than when i lived in Vegas. Thank You.

I got my neil med saline rinse at a drug store, Fruth Pharmacy, but I'm sure others have it in your area, or can tell you where to get it.  I don't see how it can work, but for some reason it does.
