all over body rash

OK, i get this rash when my body starts to get hot..
fisrt my head starts to itch than my face gets hot and starts to look like i have bad acne(i have clear skin), than my arms gets itching with little bumps and than it starts all over my body..and goes away within an hour of it happening but only when i cool my self down..any one know what causes this??

Sounds like you may be allergic to a new lotion, shampoo or laundry detergent? Have you started using ANYTHING new? even hairspray, perfume?
