allergic reaction? Anxiety?

I'm hoping you might be able to help. Unfortunately i'm an anxiety sufferer which doesn't help me accurately identify problems sometimes but i will give you the scenario and ask what you think.

I had a cup of camomile tea today, its the first time i've drunk it in years. Had the tea about 2pm felt fine and thought nothing of it. Approx 5pm I felt a bit wheezy and started with a tickly cough (i've also had a cold etc for the past week so the cough could possibly be attributed to that). The cough settled down but I then started getting a tingly feeling on the roof of my mouth and lips (I started to panic about anaphalaxis) then my face felt hot for a short while. I took 10mg of cetirizine and have been trawling the internet for hours looking up anaphalaxis and terrifying myself that this is going to happen to me. I do suffer from allergies, I get hayfever, i'm sensitive to detergents and body washes and I get hives immediately after bathing which settle down in approx 30 mins afterwards. I do not have any food allergies that i am aware of. Should I be worried about anaphalaxis in light of my sensitivities.
